Project in collaboration with Erasmus MC (Rotterdam) and Radboud UMC (Nijmegen).

The DINO-Trial was initiated by Radboud University Medical Center in four Dutch Neonatal Intensive Care Units in order to provide knowledge on the pharmacokinetics, safety and effectiveness of off-label drugs used in preterm neonates.

In this project The LACDR leads the population PKPD analysis of the data by the use of advanced data analysis techniques that allow for the use of sparse (scavenge) data. Ultimately we aim to create evidence-based dosing guidelines for this vulnerable population.
