X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Cryo-electron microscopy (Cryo-EM) are the three main methods for solving structures of macromolecules.

In our crystallization facility (Crystal Cave) we have the tools to perform high throughput crystallization screening in 96-well format. The facility features liquid handling robots (nanoliter volumes), an automated imager and software to view the results via a web interface.
