the Europa Institute successfully helped apply for an ICM+ grant
In 2025, the Europa Institute successfully helped apply for an ICM+ grant allowing student and staff exchange between Leiden and the Diego Portales University, one of the leading universities in Chile.
This collaboration further cements the collaboration with this university, and allows closer collaboration with this partner in the Global South. The collaboration is centred around the theme of “‘The UDP-Leiden dialogues on law, power, and global challenges’, which includes regional integration responses to global challenges in Latin America in a comparative perspective with the EU.
