Apply now for docARTES- doctoral programme 2023 - 2024
End of March 2023, the Orpheus Institute will be organising entrance examination for the docARTES doctoral programme of 2023-2024, commencing in September 2023. Application deadline is 15 January 2023.
docARTES is primarily intended for gifted musicians in the fields of performance and composition, whose artistic work raises questions or problems that can only be addressed through research. Desirable applicants already have original and well-articulated ideas for artistic research.
All candidates must hold a Master’s degree in music (or equivalent) by the time they enroll. Applicants without these qualifications will be assessed on the basis of their prior academic and professional experience and accomplishments.
