On April 8th 2020, Ivan Romashchenko successfully defended his doctoral thesis on 'Related party transactions and corporate groups: When Eastern Europe meets the West'.
The research offers a comprehensive description of rules and regulations on Related Party Transactions (RPTs) and corporate groups in Ukranian corporate law. For a comparative analysis the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and the EU were chosen.
Romashchenko's doctoral thesis was supervised by prof.mr. S.M. Bartman and prof. A. Radwan.
Due to the corona virus there was hardly any audience, the committee dialing in from a distance.
