Mariana Gkliati presented at the Refugee Law Initiative International Conference in London
Mariana Gkliati presented on Tuesday 2 June at the 4rth Annual Conference of the Refugee Law Initiative organised at the University of London. The title of the conference was Rethinking the ‘Regional’ in Refugee Law and Policy.
The paper presented at the conference was entitled ‘Border Control as the EU Regional Response: Frontex and the Nexus of Responsibilities’ and reflected upon the renewed understanding of the term ‘regional’ in the work of the European Border and Coast Guard.
