Suliman Ibrahim is a senior researcher at the Van Vollenhoven Institute for Law, Governance and Society (VVI) where he coordinates a project on 'The Role of Law in Libya’s National Reconciliation' executed by the VVI and the Centre for Law and Society Studies (CLSS) in Benghazi.
