Christa Tobler speaks about general principles in the field of non-discrimination
On 29 and 30 June 2018, a book workshop on the subject of general principles was held in Leicester, UK.
This is in the context of a Research Handbook on Constructing Legal Orders in Europe: The General Principles of EU Law" to be published by Edward Elgar in 2019.
Christa Tobler is writing the chapter on General Principles in the field of non-discrimination, more specifically Directives 2000/43 and 2000/78 and gave a presentation on this subject (including notably the important recent judgment in Case C-414/16 Egenberger).
