New periodical on Crimmigration and Law
This month the first edition of the new periodical Crimmigratie & Recht (Crimmigration & Law) has appeared. Peter Rodrigues is a member of the board of editors of this journal.
The periodical welcomes both contributions in Dutch and English. Crimmigration is a recent legal development in which criminal law and immigration law are used interchangeably or together to regulate migration or influence the position of immigrants. The periodical consists of articles about the consequences of the interaction between these legal disciplines and items on legal developments and literature in this area.
