Melanie Fink at Round Table hosted by ECCHR
On 11 April 2016 the European Center for Connstitutional and Human Rights hosted a Round Table on topics related to the EU agency Frontex.
Melanie presented her research on the action for damages under EU law in the context of fundamental rights violations that may occur during Frontex-coordinated border control operations.
