Common Market Law Review Prize for young Academics 2015
The Editorial Board is pleased to announce that the winner of the Common Market Law Review 2015 Young Academics Prize is Anna Wallerman, University of Gothenburg, for her article entitled: Towards an EU law doctrine on the exercise of discretion in national courts?
Anna Wallerman’s article will be published in a forthcoming issue of the Common Market Law
The Editorial Board is also pleased to announce that in 2016 there will again
be a Common Market Law Review Prize for an article submitted by a young
academic. Submissions for the 2016 prize must be on a subject related to “European
Union law in the digital era”. Further details will be posted soon.
