Opening of new DNA-GER research network
On October 26, the Dutch Embassy in Berlin celebrated the opening of a new research network for Dutch academics in Germany. Dutch minister of Education, Culture and Science Robbert Dijkgraaf gave the starting signal for this new initiative.
Prof. Alia, who has the Dutch nationality for several years now, works at both Leipzig University and Leiden University (LIC/BPOC). As a representative she will help promoting and expanding this network.
The main purpose of the new "DNA-GER" initiative is to improve networking between Dutch and German academics, which will be supported by the Dutch embassy.
