Can Public International Law Play a Role in China - Raw Materials II?

On 15 April 2017, the Journal of WTO and China published Richard Jiang's article entitled 'Can Public International Law Play a Role in China - Raw Materials II?'

In his article, Richard examines the various roles that the five major sources of international law play in settling WTO disputes in general and analyses the feasibility of relying on public international law in China—Raw Materials II.

Jiang Fengan (Richard) works as a PhD fellow at the Europe Institute at University Leiden since 2014 (China Scholarship Council Scholarship). His PhD research is supervised by Marco Bronckers, Professor of WTO Law and European Law.
