On Wednesday 8 April, the Netherlands Society for Microscopy (NVvM) will host the Imaging Core Facility Day 2026 in Leiden. Are you involved in microscopy-related facilities, techniques, or research, either within or outside the university? Then this day is definitely for you! The Faculty of Science of Leiden University and the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) warmly welcome you to their locations at the Leiden Bio Science Park.
The day will begin at the LUMC, where several speakers will give presentations. After visits to the Light Microscopy Facility and the Electron Microscopy Facility, we will move on to the Faculty of Science. Following a number of company pitches, participants will split up into several breakout sessions. After tours of NeCEN and the Cell Observatory, we will round off the day with drinks at De Fusie.
