Please join us for this quick-fire Q and A, in which Professor Gioe will answer whatever questions he can about Intelligence generally and the US in particular. Why did the US get so much right prior to Russia’s escalated invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 and so very wrong prior to the US invasion of Iraq in 2003? How could former President Trump have so many classified documents in his home and does it matter? What is classified, what is not and why? How is Intelligence gathered? What is the role of Open Sources in Intelligence today?

Professor Gioe speaks from the perspective of his decade and more serving as a US Intelligence Officer. He is experienced in civilian, military, corporate and law enforcement intelligence with expertise in intelligence analysis and overseas operations.
