Our anniversary won’t be an anniversary without a bit of sport. Sport brings us together: shoulder to shoulder on the start line and cheering each other over the finish. We are going to run (or walk) in Leiden and The Hague.

Leiden Marathon - 11 May 2025

Thousands of enthusiastic runners, walkers and spectators will gather in the historic centre of Leiden to experience a day full of sporting achievements. How does it work?

Register for the Leiden Marathon
Show proof of registration to reception at one of the USC venues
Show your LU card and receive your unique running shirt

Collect your shirt during regular opening hours – hurry while stocks last.
