I am an anthropological linguist and lecturer in Persian. I specialize in the relationship between language, culture, and society, with a focus on Iran. My background includes the cultural and linguistic history of Iran. I research linguistic diversity, especially among nomadic communities and minority groups such as Kurds, Baluch, and Lurs. My work addresses multilingualism, mother tongue issues, and the role of language in shaping identity and social belonging. I aim to make complex cultural and linguistic questions understandable for a broad audience and connect them to current social developments.
