Niels van de Ven is Head of Education and Student Affairs at Leiden Law School and manages the Education Staff Service – Cleveringa.
Together with the department staff, he is responsible for the professional support of all processes, lecturers and students in the area of education and teaching at the faculty. The department is also responsible for developing and implementing educational policy and educational innovation at Leiden Law School. In addition, Niels acts as advisor and sparring partner to the Faculty Board and Programme Directors.
Niels has extensive teaching experience and a background in educational management at Leiden University.
Working days
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday working from home.
