I am a project coordinator and postdoctoral researcher at LIACS, working within the SURPRISE project. In this project, we are co-designing a FAIR data infrastructure that makes citizen-generated data accessible to researchers, bridging the gap between the data people collect in daily life and the scientific community that can learn from it.

With a background in biomedical engineering, I am driven by finding technological solutions to healthcare problems. I completed my PhD at the Erasmus Medical Center (Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine) and Delft University of Technology (Pattern Recognition Lab), where I developed risk prediction models for hip osteoarthritis using multi-modal data from the World COACH consortium.
