Michael Thomas Rowland is a researcher of narratives and sound. With a background in Early Modern Dutch colonial history and ongoing audio-visual music and sound research projects, he has joined the project: "Tracing Players Playing Traces: Non/Human Music in Modern and Contemporary Literature".
