Lucia Langerak works as a web editor at Leiden University’s Honours Academy. Alongside her editorial duties, she is committed to improving the digital accessibility of the university websites as well as the physical accessibility of the Old Observatory, her workplace.
During her studies in Leiden (2011-2018), Lucia trained as an Egyptologist. She completed both her undergraduate and research master's programmes cum laude.
After graduating, Lucia dedicated herself to founding the Access and Support Platform (ASP), which advocates for members of the university community with disabilities.
