Dr. Lola DIGARD defended her dissertation entitled “Healing the Civic Body: Forensic Investigation and Biopolitical Strategies in Flemish Towns, 1250-1500” in 2024. Her research interest focus on medical history, and the textual traditions attached to it, as well as the history of public health.
