Key tasks

Justin Sijtsma is head of the Personal Development Centre (PDC) and Faculty Liaison Lifelong Development (LLO) at the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Within the PDC, his focus includes implementing the faculty's meta-curriculum in the Learning My Way program, which aims to train and monitor motivation and resilience in students and staff. He contributes to the development of the LMW methodology and its online digital portfolio for personal and professional development. Within the PDC, he is responsible for management, educational development, strategy, system administration and works as a senior trainer and coach.

As coordinator of the Lifelong Development (LLO) project at the Faculty of Social Sciences, he makes the connection between the academic expertise of the faculty and the development needs of professionals. He facilitates collaboration and coordinates initiatives aimed at developing impactful LLO programs.
