Chenyan Zhang is a PhD candidate at the Cognitive Psychology Unit, Leiden University under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bernhard Hommel and Dr. Roberta Sellaro. In her PhD project, which is part of the ERC-funded Meta Control project of Bernhard Hommel, she is currently working on the link between ego depletion and metacontrol, and dynamics of metacontrol.
