I am responsible for internal communication on central HR topics. This includes the implementation of projects such as GROW, Shuttel and the Employee Experience Survey, as well as the development of communication strategies on topics like leadership, social safety, wellbeing, and workload.

I work closely with the central staff editorial team and internal communication advisers at the faculties and service units. Together we ensure that important information reaches employees in a consistent and accessible way. My work also includes taking part in monthly meetings with internal communicators from across the university and serving on the house style committee. I also contribute to various initiatives and concepts: an internal communications toolkit, a central policy hub, online and offline communities, and stronger leadership- and line communication. Finally, I am a board member of the Leiden University Staff Association.
