Short CV
Annelinde Vandenbroucke is program coordinator for the research performed within the “Startimpuls”: a funding scheme that is embedded within NeuroLabNL. NeuroLabNL is a Dutch scientific knowledge platform for Cognitive Neuroscience. It was founded in 2017 and is guided by questions from individuals within the Dutch society (Nationale Wetenschapsagenda). Through funding by the “StartImpuls”, since January 2018, researchers and societal partners from all over the Netherlands work together to help bring our society closer to “optimal conditions for learning and safety in youth”. Annelinde coordinates meetings, research and outreach activities. She is also responsible for communication and the NeuroLabNL website.
Annelinde has a background in Cognitive Neuroscience, and obtained her PhD with prof. Dr.Victor Lamme at the University of Amsterdam. After 4 years of post-doctoral research at UC Berkeley and The Donders Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience in Nijmegen, she decided to shift her focus to facilitate and manage research. Her goal is to bring science and society closer together, and facilitate the practical use of scientific findings.
