Basil L. P. Nelis is a postdoctoral researcher at LUCAS. His research interests focus on Latin literature, especially poetry, from the mid-Republican period to the Early Imperial Age, and is a member both of the 'Anchoring Innovation' research programme and of the 'Experiencing Fragments' project.
