This publication contains various articles on the manufacture and use of Celtic pottery from the sites of Heuneburg and Vix Mont Lassois, as well as two articles about the experiments with making and using this type of pottery carried out at the  Leiden Laboratory for Material Culture Studies. The publication is part of a larger project on Celtic pottery, led by prof. Philipp Stockhammer, entitled Bedeutiungen und Funktionen mediterraner Importe im früheisenzeitlichten Mitteleuropa (BEFIM).
