Meeting in Göttingen

The project is inspired by the Faro convention

The project is largely inspired by the Faro convention, a European agreement on heritage and its role in society.

Plato participates in the project People, Places, Stories. This project works on the professional development of people working professionally or voluntarily on the creation and development of heritage communities.
The question at the heart of the PPP project is what competences are needed to establish such communities and make them play a role in society. Mutual connections, respect for each other's backgrounds, sustainable development, are examples of themes that can be worked in heritage contexts or through heritage.
After a phase of collecting examples, a next phase of elaborating the scenarios and competences for heritage community development has now begun.
