Welcome Janice McNab

We welcome artist Janice McNab to ACPA as a post-doc scholar.

Dr Janice McNab is an artist and Head of the Master Artistic Research at The Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague. Her PhD research, The Ghost Artist, explored spectral embodiment as a form of aesthetic resistance in the work of women's art practices across the last three centuries. From 2020-2022 she will extend this research with an experimental, practice based post-doctoral position at The University of the Arts The Hague/ Leiden University, pursuing experimental painting research in relation to Hilma af Klint’s serial work The Ten Largest.
