5th Annual Restructuring conference (Kufstein, Austria)
Over 400 registrants participated in the 5th Annual Restructuring conference, organised at the Institut für Grenzüberschreitende Restrukturierung, University of Applied Sciences in Kufstein, Austria.
Bob Wessels spoke during this conference, attended by many German participants too, on: ‘Restructuring Reform with Pre-Insolvency Proceedings – Where is the European Union heading to?’.
He also presented an overview of what a European restructuring and insolvency framework would mean for the efficiency of debt restructuring procedures and its stakeholders: creditors, lenders, investors (including shareholders), company directors, practitioners and courts.
