Soup café for the elderly
From a sustainable plastic shopping bag attached to a key ring to a soup café for undernourished elderly people. Forty students of the minor in Innovation, Cocreation and Global Impact have thought up cost-effective projects and products that will benefit society.
They demonstrated their plans in the final on 27 January 2016 in Theater aan het Spui in The Hague. The jury was made up of Willem te Beest (Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board of Leiden University), Jamie Goewie (Ashoka NL) and Thieu Besselink (The Learning Lab).
