First Non-Public Draft of Report I of the Turnaround Wing project
The Turnaround Wing of INSOL Europe and Leiden Law School are working on the design of ‘guidelines for out-of-court turnaround professionals’. On 3 April 2015, the first non-public draft of Report I of the Turnaround Wing project has been mailed to the members of the Review and Advisory Group inviting them for comments.
The Report will be final by the end of April, after reviewing and inserting the comments. It will be made available on this website by the end of May 2015. Report I is called: An Analysis of International and National Sources as a Basis for the Design of Principles and Guidelines for Out-of-Court Turnaround Professionals. Subsequently Report II will be prepared, to be released somewhere in June 2015, and will contain the Principles and Guidelines.
