Registration, cancellation and certificate
You can register for a course up to two weeks before the starting date.
Leiden University employees
- Go to the Service Portal and log in. Need help accessing it? See this page.
- Look in the section 'Opleidingsplein' for a link to LLInC training programmes. Click to see all available courses.
- Select your training programme. Make sure you have a correct SAP number and your supervisor's permission. Your registration is only complete once approved by your supervisor!
If the date of the course is no longer in the Self Service overview, this means the course is full. In that case you can register for the same course on another date.
Don't see another date? Please email us. When we have enough people interested in the course, we will plan a new date and notify you.
Employees of other Higher Education Institutions
Return the completed and signed registration form to us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What else should I know?
You can cancel your participation in a course up to 10 working days before the first meeting (or intake interview, if applicable). There will be a €25 administration charge. When you cancel less than 10 working days before the start, the course costs will be charged in full. Normally it is possible to invite a colleague to take your spot.
Cancellation is only possible by emailing LLInC.
You get a certificate of participation when you complete a training course with us. If you miss large parts of the course due to personal circumstances, we will try to find a way for you to compensate for the part you have missed so that you can still receive the certificate of participation.
