The Leiden Leadership Centre (LLC) at Leiden University is a platform for research and education in the field of public leadership. Our mission is to advance knowledge and contribute to the development of public leadership; both in academia and in practice. We believe that leadership is a shared process, and therefore we cannot do this work alone.
To strengthen a university-wide network of researchers interested in leadership, we launched the Interdisciplinary Leadership Symposium: a moment to exchange perspectives, spark discussion, and explore the trans- and interdisciplinary nature of leadership with colleagues within our university.
