An alumni day is coming up!
It will take place on Saturday, 23 May 2026. The alumni day offers you the perfect opportunity to meet other alumni and catch up with old friends.
During this day, which will start at the end of the morning, we will enjoy a pleasant lunch on the canals of Leiden, after which we will go to the new Faculty of Science for an interesting update from the LACDR and a tour of the new building. The day will end with drinks and a barbecue.

Programme
12:00: Boat tour with lunch on the canals of Leiden
2:00 p.m.: Lectures and guided tour
5:30 p.m.: Drinks and barbecue
We will start with a delightful boat tour with Bootjes en Broodjes on the canals of Leiden, including lunch. Afterwards, we will head to the Faculty of Science, where a few lectures will be given by some familiar faces and new speakers. This will be followed by guided tours of the brand-new faculty. The day will conclude with a convivial barbecue and drinks in the university bar 'De Fusie'.
There are several options for attending the day. You can follow the entire programme or attend part of the day. Part 1 runs from 12:00 to 17:30 (lunch, lectures and tour) and part 2 runs from 14:00 to 21:00 (lectures and tours, drinks and barbecue).
