About Thomas Clairfeuille

Thomas is one of the leading scientists at Roche that drove forward the development of a new antibiotic class that targets the LPS transport in Gram-negative bacteria and has the potential to open a completely novel mechanism-of-action for antibiotics against the most devastating bacterial infections. He will talk about the discovery, the structural biology, the mechanism-of action and the development of the antibiotic Zosurabalpin that is now moving to phase 3 clinical studies against infections with carbapenem-resistant A. baumannii (CRAB).
