Well Being & You
This Intro Week will focus on giving you all the tools you need to succeed during your studies at LUC. As important as getting your things ready, meeting new friends, learning about your new city is your mental and physical well-being. During Intro Week there are 5 different sessions and times where you can participate in a wide range of workshops, sessions and activities.
There are different options for every day. Some options have a maximum capacity. The registration will show you what is available. Some options are given twice if not three times! If its full one day try to sign up for the following day! You do not need to do one at every time, but we highly encourage you to do so as these workshops and sessions will be beneficial!
All these sessions will take place online. You will receive the access to the session after registration

This workshop is an introduction to how you can signal and manage stress. In preperation, please have one situation ready in your mind where you have experienced stress. It can either be more recent or from some time ago, as long as you can recall the situation relatively clearly. It does not matter whether it is a single situation or an experience that occurred over a longer period of time.
Block #3 - Wednesday 25 August 14:00-15:00
Option 1: HITT and Flow (no limit)
High Intensity Interval training with yoga to the beat of music. A challenging workout that transitions into a yoga flow halfway. This practice will give you equal space to work on your body's endurance and strength, and re-connect to yourself.
