In our DNA the information about our genetics is stored. Partly this information determines who we are on different levels: medical, health, social and professional capabilities and more. In this lecture we will discuss what information is stored in our DNA and how aging affects our DNA. Subsequently, we will discuss what we should do with this information. The goal of this lecture is to discuss this in order to be aware and prepared for the future.
