Costs conference

Early Bird Fee Participant Two-day Conference: 275 euros (ends October 1, 2016)*

Regular Fee Participant Two-day Conference: 325 euros (starts October 2, 2016)*

ISGA Dinner: 55 euros

Student rate Two-day Conference: 75 euros*

*The conference fee includes entry to the conference, a networking drinks reception, refreshments including several lunches, an information visit to a well-known international organisation in The Hague and the ISGA2016 conference handbook.

You can choose to register for:

• ISGA2016 Two-day Opening Conference 9-10 November 2016
• ISGA Dinner - Wednesday November 9 2016, 19:00 - 22:00
• Information Visits - Wednesday November 9 2016, 09:45 - 13:00 (Note: registration is only possible when registered for the ISGA2016 Opening Conference)

Example: Person X registers for the ISGA2016 Opening Conference, the ISGA Dinner and an Information Visit to the OPCW.

Finalize your registration by following the steps of the registration forms.

Important dates

• Early Bird Tickets (275 euros) are available until 18:00 GMT October 1, 2016.
• Any delegate wishing to cancel his or her registration must notify the relevant organizers before September 30, 2016 at the latest.
