14:00 - 14:30 Official Launch ISGA2016 Opening Conference
Prof. Dr. Edwin Bakker, scientific director of ISGA, and Jozias van Aartsen, Mayor of The Hague, will officially open the conference.
14:30 - 15:30 Panel debate
Marco Zannoni (COT), Drs. Simone Filippini (Cordaid), Prof. dr. Edwin Bakker (ISGA), Bernard Welten (National Police Force) and Ingrid van Engelshoven (City of The Hague) will debate about the question: 'What is on your security agenda in the next five years?'.

The ISGA2016 Opening Conference will be closed by a final panel discussion, where Prof. dr. Beatrice de Graaf (Utrecht University), Dick Schoof (NCTV), Ronald Prins (Fox-IT), Barend van der Meulen (Rathenau Instituut) and Inge Hutter (International Institute of Social Studies) discuss the central question of the conference: 'Who determines the security (research) agenda?'.
