The university buildings in The Hague (Schouwburgstraat, Wijnhaven and the Spui building) all have a bicycle shed (entrance with your LU card).
Service bicyles can be borrowed for free in both Schouwburgstraat and Wijnhaven. Please contact the receptionist in the building.
