Have you registered for a course but are unable to attend? You can easily cancel your registration through our course portal. Below you can read how this works and what the terms and conditions are.

Cancelling Your Registration

Cancellations must always be submitted in writing (via email). The date of receipt of the cancellation will be considered the official cancellation date.

• Up to 2 weeks before the course starts: 85% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 2 weeks before the course starts: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 48 hours of the course start: no refund is possible.

Cancellation by LAK Creative Courses

• LAK Creative Courses reserves the right to cancel courses prior to their start.
• If a course is cancelled by LAK Creative Courses, the full course fee will be refunded without any cancellation charges.

Transferring Your Registration

• It is not possible to transfer your registration to a course in the next course period.
• Registration may not be transferred to a third party.
