Cancellation

Have you registered for a course but are unable to attend? You can easily cancel your registration through our course portal. Below you can read how this works and what the terms and conditions are.

Cancel a course yourself

Are you unfortunately unable to attend a course? Then you can unsubscribe via the Course Portal.
Follow these steps:

• Log in to the course portal.
• Select the course you want to unsubscribe from.
• Click on 'Manage Course'.
• The course page will open. Click on 'Unsubscribe' in the top right corner.
• Enter the reason for your unsubscription.
• Click on 'Finish'.
• After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscription. Your unsubscription will be sent to the secretary's office for review.
  
  Consult the cancellation policy to see which policy applies to you.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 2 weeks before the start of the course: 85% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 2 weeks before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Within 48 hours before the start of the course: no refund is possible.

Cancellation by LAK Creative Courses

• LAK Creative Courses reserves the right to cancel courses before they begin.
• If the course is canceled by LAK Creative Courses, you will receive a full refund, without cancellation fees.
   
• Transferring your registration to the next course period
• It is not possible to transfer your registration to a course in the next course period.
• It is not possible to transfer your registration to third parties.
