Guest rooms
NVIC has four guest rooms that are located on the top floor of our institute.
NVIC has its guest quarters on the top floor of the building which consists of four guest rooms (three double rooms and one triple room), an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and toilets, two extra toilets, and a large outdoor terrace. Each room is equipped with AC, a desk and a cupboard. WiFi connection is available either through Eduroam or a customised login that will be provided.
Transportation to and from Cairo International Airport can be arranged upon request.
These guest rooms are in principle reserved for researchers, staff and students of our participating Dutch and Flemish universities. If there are rooms available, non-affiliated guests are also welcome to stay.

The costs for accommodation need to be paid either in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival, in euros or the equivalent in Egyptian Pounds at the current exchange rate.

Reservations can only be made by sending in the reservation form below, and are not final until a confirmation email is received. Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 21 nights. If rooms are available, extra nights can be booked after that.
