About the Green Teams

Implementing Green Teams is a project undertaken by the Leiden University Green Office (LUGO) since September 2023. The aim is to have a group of students and other actors present on a day-to-day basis at the FSW Faculty building in order to represent LUGO, help implement their policies and also come up with sustainability-related projects and events of their own initiative. 

Following the success of the Law School, Archaeology and Campus The Hague, we have launched a new Green Team at FSW!

Hi there! We are the newly formed FSW Green Team and we are so excited to be part of this amazing collective of green-minded people! We are a small group of Social Sciences students who are passionate about sustainability and wish to make a positive impact on our faculty by educating, advocating and combining sustainability with fun events!

We were formed at the end of the academic year and have already begun planning events for next year, such as competitions, clean-ups, movie screenings, clothing swaps and more…

If you find this interesting and would like to join a team of like-minded individuals, we would be happy to welcome you!

We are looking forward to the upcoming academic year and are excited to organize   and partake in informative and fun events together!
