Request invitation letter

If you need an invitation letter for your VISA application, please send an email to sp2024@hum.leidenuniv.nl with 'Request invitation letter' in the subject line. You should provide the following information in the email: 

- Your name as in your VISA application

- Your affiliation

- Paper ID# and title
