Registration

Registration for Speech Prosody 2024 includes two steps:

Step 1 – Complete the registration form

Step 2 – Proceed with payment by following the link provided in the confirmation email sent after you complete the registration form.  

Registration fees cover the conference package, including access to tutorials, all poster and oral sessions, coffee/tea and refreshments, and a digital copy of the Speech Prosody 2024 Conference Proceedings (with ISSN). Additionally, registration grants entry to the welcome reception, the student reception (for students), and the conference banquet.

Please note:

• One unique registered participant per paper presented at the conference is required.
• Enrolled students at the time of the conference are eligible for the student rate. 
• The low/lower-middle income fee is intended for delegates from low/lower-middle income countries, in accordance with the World Bank Index.
• The deadline for early bird registration is May 15 at midnight (Amsterdam time). Late registration runs from May 16, 2024 – June 15, 2024.
• Refund of registration fees (minus the administrative charge) is possible until June 15 at midnight (Amsterdam time). No refund is possible for cancellations after June 15, 2024.

• Registration for the other two workshops (“CROSSIN: Intonation at the Crossroads” and “Beyond words: Exploring prosody in non-verbal vocalizations across diverse groups”) is required, but no fees are charged.
