The Leiden Leadership Centre is involved in several teaching activities.

Summer Schools for management

Leadership demands being constantly open to learning new things. The LLC facilitates learning and development. The Centre, in cooperation with the municipalities of The Hague and Rotterdam, has developed and organised an annual three-day Leadership Summer School for the management in both municipalities. The LLC also offers a Masterclass in Leadership in Rhetoric, in partnership with het Nationale Toneel (the National Theatre) in The Hague.

Leiden Leadership Programme

Together with the Honours Academy and with the support of Sirius, the LLC was a partner in the design and development of the innovative Leiden Leadership Programme (LLP). This programme started in 2011 and is intended for excellent master's students from diverse disciplines and backgrounds. The Leiden Leadership Programme is supported by partner organisations from the private and public sector, including AkzoNobel, Rabobank, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Province of Utrecht, the Association of Dutch Municipalities (VNG), OXFAM NOVIB, the Municipality of Leiden and the Municipality of The Hague.
