Leiden Leadership Centre

The Leiden Leadership Centre (LLC) at Leiden University - Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs aims to foster a better understanding of leadership in complex contexts and to facilitate current and future leaders to learn and act with impact in the face of contextual challenges.

The centre explores new ways to successfully shape the role leaders play in complex issues, today as well as in the future. Leadership needs to be interdisciplinary and international and the LLC collaborates closely with a wide variety of scientists and experts who have a theoretical understanding and a lived experience in the field of leadership, including public leadership.
