Course description

In order to provide guidance to writers of research grant proposals, the Academic Language Centre offers the possibility of one-on-one advice on writing successful research grant proposals. The emphasis will lie on language, specifically clarity, coherence and cohesion.

Participants will send the latest version of their entire proposal including a draft summary to the language advisor. The language advisor will edit and revise the draft summary and give individual feedback and tips for self-editing.

Target group and admission requirements

Academic staff of Leiden University who are submitting a research grant proposal (ERC, VIDI, ESR, Marie Curie etc.).
